ROCS collection tanks are provided and placed for our accounts at no additional charge. Various tank sizes to meet the customer's specific area and volume requirements. ROCS also offers a square head design to allow easier transfer from shuttles and less mess for staff. Lower height tanks are up to 18" shorter than standard collection tanks, making our tanks more user-friendly.
ROCS custom builds oil collection tanks from repurposed receptacles. ROCS advocates reducing environmental waste and the carbon footprint as part of our recycling mission. ROCS offers tanks in three convenient sizes.
55 Gallon
Small size perfect for single fryer or limited placement space.
120 Gallon
Most durable medium size model. Choice for enclosed dumpster pads and limited placement space.
275 Gallon
High volume collection for multiple fryers. The larger foot-print still maintains user-friendly height.
Pick-up service is automatically scheduled. We anticipate oil volumes and pump tanks before capacity. This is one less task kitchen staff need to manage. All tanks are clearly decaled with contact information for any restaurant member to quickly contact ROCS directly, anytime.
